Online Dispute Resolution Platform (OS Platform)
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries from www.actomarkt.com, www.actomarket.com, and www.actogmbh.com to consumers (§ 13 BGB – German Civil Code).
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business, or profession.
The purchase contract is concluded with the company:

3.1 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order. Errors excepted.
3.2 By clicking the button [place binding order], you submit a binding order for the products listed on the order page. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email immediately after receiving your order.
4.1 Consumers have the following right of withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you (other than the carrier) took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract via a clear statement (e.g., by letter, fax, or email). You may use the withdrawal form included in your shipment or available here, though this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification before the 14-day period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the standard low-cost option we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed; in no case will you be charged any fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having returned them, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period expires.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
End of Withdrawal Policy
The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts
for the delivery of goods made to customer specifications,
clearly tailored to personal needs, or
not suitable for return due to their nature.

6.1 Delivery is made within Germany and the EU by DHL.
6.2 Delivery times are listed on the respective product pages.
Private customers / regular customers / business partners can pay via PayPal, prepayment, cash on delivery, invoice, or cash upon collection. Details can be found under Payment Terms.
Authorities, public institutions, charitable, and church organizations may pay by invoice with a payment term of up to 60 days.
Wholesalers and resellers receive an official, individual distributor price list.
Once you find the desired product, you can place it in the shopping cart without obligation by clicking [Add to cart]. You can view the cart contents at any time by clicking [Cart] and remove items using the [Delete] button.
To purchase the products in the cart, click [Checkout]. Enter your details; mandatory fields are marked with *. Registration is not required unless you are a business customer with a valid business license. Your data will be transmitted securely.
After entering your data and selecting a payment method, click [Review entry] to review your order. By clicking [Complete payment process], you submit the order. You may cancel the process at any time by closing the browser window. Additional information is provided throughout the process.
The contract text is stored in our internal systems. You can view the General Terms and Conditions at any time on this page. If you have created a customer account, you can access your data under ‘Customer Login’. The order data and GTC will be sent to you by email. After completing the order, the contract text will no longer be accessible online for security reasons.
